I was able to buy a dress that fits in Europe. I know for some that might not mean anything, but for me i was so happy. every time i have been here i have never been able to go to a store and buy something to wear. But thanks to my WLS i can. and the best part i like the way i look in it. i am so happy that i took than first step in Jan 2010. I still have some more weight to lose but i am not going to sweat it! I am just going to eat better and keep working out. If the rest of the weight comes off it comes off, but if it does not i will be happy anyway.

That's definitely what we call an NSV (non-scale victory)!

Years ago when I was in China on business, the weather got very cold very fast and I hadn't packed enough cold-weather clothing. A Chinese friend searched high and low for a warm coat for me...bought 3 "extra large" that I couldn't even fit my arm into...so I understand how great it is to find ready-to-wear overseas!

You have a great attitude about losing the rest of the weight. I wish you the best of luck. And I'm with you...be happy with what you've accomplished so far. That makes you a winner, not reaching a certain number on the scale.
