The second pregnancy in '08 messed things up. Just seemed like once I'd get tight enough I would have night reflux. I can't handle that. I did manage to exercise and diet my way back down quite a bit, but the pounds have been creeping back up.

Should I try another small fill? I dunno...I have sooooo enjoyed being able to eat fruit skins and dry chicken. : )

By the way...Hello old friends.

Hey!!! Miss ya'll too.

Life is so darn busy...I barely have time to check my emails. Gone are the days of reading through all the posts on the forum. I miss it. I need some accountability!

I would go for the smallest fill possible and see how it works. You can always have it removed if you are too tight again.

Yeah...it's a three hour drive so once it's done...I kinda have to live with it for awhile. I guess a tiny one might help.

Welcome back! It's wonderful to see your beautiful face here again. I think I've probably told you this before, but once again: you have ridiculously busy life, with so many demands on your time and resources, I don't know how you manage it all. I hope you're finding some ways to take care of yourself that don't involve food treats!

If I were you, I'd try a tiny fill. I'm sure you'll find a way to survive without the yummy fruit skins and dry chicken.

I had my band baby in 06. After he was born I never got a sweet spot again. I was either way to open or add 0.1 ml and I was foaming even water.

Two years ago I swapped otut the old 4 cc band for a Realize, after MANY fills, finally I have restriction again for the first time in years.

I have always been pretty militant though so never had a large regain, I have just yo yo'd 5-10 lbs and never hit goal. I am 20.5 lbs from goal and am hoping to hit it this year.

The Sleeve is basically instant restriction.  I'm 3 1/2 years out and have been able to eat about a cup of food at a time since I was 1 1/2 years out.  So the stretching if any is minimal.  You can STILL eat around the surgery and the "slider" foods that are super easy for banders are just as easy to eat in time with sleevers.  I can eat WAY more "crap" food but my nutritious foods like meats and vegetables and fruit are limited to about 8oz MAX.
