What a night I had...

I don't think eating chicken and potatoes is a good idea at two weeks.  I am at two years and still have problems with white meat chicken...no matter how moist.  I also don't thin**** cream is a good choice either.  You don't want to start bad habits so early and ice cream is a no-no for us...it goes right down and we can eat too much of it and it's high in fat, calories, and carbs.  Although, I have heard of some WLS making their own low cal version with protein.

Appendix maybe, do check with your doc tho, cause that's just not right.

I played telephone tag with my doctor all day. Looking forward to speaking with him tomorrow. I have moved on to the puree stage this week (the third week post-op, day 14-21, just to clear up some confusion above). Maybe the chicken was pushing it... I don't know. But either way, I don't think I should have been in as much pain as I was in last night, and I don't think I am supposed to be throwing up... not PBing, not slimming... actual heaving and throwing up.

I have an appointment with the OBGYN for the bladder pressure tomorrow because that is still there and is soooo annoying. I think it might be a UTI as some have mentioned above.

Thank you all for your concern. Chicken is on the list for purees, but obviously I'm just not ready. I have had liquids all day today and so far so good. Just a weird episode...

I'm two years out and I avoid chicken breast like the plague. It is always a problem for me. I can eat dark meat chicken only.
