Shopping on the front of the rack??? WHAT?

I am currently wearing a size 16 in pants......Lane Bryant's smallest size is a 14....

So I don't have to start at the back of the rack looking and hoping that the biggest size fits me....at one time the biggest size did NOT.......

But now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG, I love love love my band.......use it like you are supposed to.....don't abuse it.....follow the rules and you will go far!!!!!!!

Congrats! It's so much easier finding clothes at a smaller size. I remember a few years ago, I couldn't find one pair of capri's at Lane Bryant, not one pair. Talk about feeling awful. My waist is smaller and hips/legs are bigger. To fit my hips, there would be a gap in the waist of the pants where I could fit a football in the waist area in the back of the pants. I just wanted to cry. Now I can pick up a pile of 12/14's and try them on and they fit. It's about what I like now and not just if they fit.

I havent stepped foot in a Lane Bryant in MONTHS! (Im currently an 18 and can still fit in their clothes, but I can also shop at so many other places like Kohls, Target, Walmart, Express, Etc... so I dont go to LB anymore)

Congrats!!! And you're so right about the band rules, follow them!! They're RULES for a reason!!

YAY !!!! It is a wonderful thing:) I just bought a pair of shorts today in a 16 ! I haven't worn that size in WELL over a decade.LOL

Steph, that is great to hear. Congratulations to you. I am scheduled to have my lapbad surgery May 3. I start my pre-diet this Tuesday. I am excited and nervous. I am glad you posted so I can get pumped up. I wish you much success.
