I know that liquid calories are awful for us, but how about low sodium v8? We need those vegetables...and I think I could tolerate V8 drink a little better, although as I get older I find myself liking more and more veggies.
LOVE V-8! Just don't try to make it a meal! Good call on the low sodium version. The regular is packed full of sodium that will cause some of us to retain fluids. We definately don't want that!
