Breakfast: coffee w/ fat free french vanilla creamer, Chobani 0% raspberry yogurt

Lunch: Leftover salsa chicken w/ black beans

Snack: light cheese stick, almonds

Dinner:
Baked chicken breast w/ honey mustard, broccoli



You can't go back and make a brand new start, but you can start from now and make a brand new end.

Breakfast:  Weigh****cher Egg Muffin Sandwich

Lunch:  2 slices of ham and light swiss roll ups, greek yogurt (not sure which one)

Dinner:  Wendy's small chilli

Snack:  Atkins Mocha latte shake

Early:  1.5 scoops BSN Lean Protein Dessert - Whipped Vanilla Creme flavor, 3/4c unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2T PB2, 2T SF Da Vinci Strawberry Syrup (my PB&J shake!)

B: 1c Fage 0% Greek Yogurt, 5 raspberries, 2T SF DaVinci White Chocolate Syrup

S: n/a - full

L: 2 scrambled eggs, 1/4th of an avocado, 1/8c Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 2T SF Buffalo Wing Sauce (don't judge lol - this is my version of ketchup)

S: 1/4th of a Joseph's Lavash Wrap baked til crispy & cut like chips, 1/4c homemade tzatziki sauce made with greek yogurt

D: 3oz Italian Meatloaf, 1/2c string beans, 1T Parmesan Cheese

Dessert: 4 fresh strawberries, 1T SF Simple Syrup, squeeze of lemon juice
