Good Morning Everyone!


Breakfast:
Coffee, Chobani 0% black cherry yogurt

Lunch: Egg Salad, sliced tomato

Snack:
 light string cheese, almonds

Dinner:
Veggie Stir Fry w/ leftover grilled chicken

You can't go back and make a brand new start, but you can start from now and make a brand new end.

Breakfast    Steak and eggs

Lunch        flatout bread with Steak umms , mushrooms , baby swiss cheese and some mayo

Dinner      salad and maybe a cheeseburger patty

YUM!!  They still make Steak-Umms?  I am SO going to buy them next trip to the store. Mmmm with some grilled onions and cheddar cheese.  It's ON.  lol thanks for posting. :)

S: 1 tbsp peanut butter
B:  LF Chicken Salad, tabouli (yes I had this for breakfast)
L:  hummus/melba toast/sf jello
D:  Garlic shrimp with avocado salad with lemon vinaigrette

Somewhere in here there will also be a NF SF Vanilla Bean Latte

Early: Coffee
Breakfast: protein shake
Lunch: beans and 5 ounces of hillshire chicken sausage some veggies
Snack: Yogurt with berries
Dinner: Chicken Breast and Veggies

Gym tonight 90 min ... cardio and 60 min Zumba

Snack: sugar free peanut butter bite (I made this from a Splenda recipe)
Lunch: pork tenderloin, 3-bean salad
Dinner: probably will have some sort of chicken dish

Hi there!  Geez, early start today running around like a crazy woman. Why don't grown-ups get a spring break too?  lol

Early: Protein Coffee with 1.5 scoops BSN Lean Desserts Protein, 1/2c unsweetened almond milk, Chocolate & Hazelnut SF syrups

B: 1/2c Hi/Lo Protein Cereal (Vanilla Almond flavor), 1/2c 1% milk

S: 10 BBQ Soy Crisps, 2T roasted garlic hummus

L: 1/2c Shelly's Ricotta Bake (with leftovers for 3 more meals, yay!)

S: 1oz Cracker Barrell Aged Reserve Cheddar, 1T peanut butter

D: 1.5c Spinach salad with 1/2 hard boiled egg, 2 slices turkey bacon, tomatoes, shredded cheddar and LF warm vinagrette dressing

Not sure about dessert but I think I'll make Shelly's Chocolate Mint Protein Cake again. :)
