Tetrarose.. I haven't bought it myself... Pam and Jacyln have I think they buy the individual greek vanilla yogurt TJ brand and add a couple tablespoons if PB flour and stir it up... i think the PB flour is really low in calories too like 35 cal or something per tablespoon...

I haven't been to traders in some time I will admit I tend to over spend and buy stuff I don't really "need" like wine and chocolate LOL but I might head over there in the near future to big up a few things.. like my Vans waffles they are soo cheap there! Looks like Almond butter is cheaper there too I just have to stay out of the wine area..

Thanks for the info.  I will have to look for the peanut flour at Trader Joe's.

If you don't have a Trader Joe's nearby ( I don't ), try to find PB2..  I've heard it's basically the same as peanut flour.

I buy PB2 from the health food section of Drug Emporium or from Netrition.com   Comes in regular and chocolate.

Hermosa-
Do you know why they say to eat real PB and not low fat? I always eat LF Jif.  Virtually same calories and carbs, just less fat.

Sherie,

i will have to pull out my book to remind me but I think regular PB is in its more natural state where low fat is modified either more carbs added or sugar, salt combo.

It gave the same suggestion for real mayo actually mayo made with oilve oil and not low fat or non fat mayo and I think it's the chemical components... more sugar, salt, carbs etc

I eat peanut butter every now and then. I make sure to log it on my food log. When my stomach is feeling icky it helps with that. I also use it to help when I get a pill stuck. It seems to be the only way to push the pill down once it's stuck.

PB is ok for me unless I take too big of a spoonful. It moves slowly through the band.  Since I intake 20~40 carbs a day I don't have more than a tablespoon at once.
