Welcome back and congratulations on your beautiful baby girl!! I am sure she was worth every pound and luckily you have your band to help you shed those. It may take a bit to get back to restriction but it'll happen in good time. Nice to see you back :)

You'll get that weight off in no time once you start refilling your band, so don't worry overmuch.  You'll do fine.  Plus you have all the extra work outs from lifting and carrying the baby!  Lots of arm workouts! lol

Welcome back....I recently gained 20 pounds back last year after a tragic event and I have lost 11 of those 20 and I'm actually in smaller clothes now then when I weighed less.. werid..

Anyways you can do this.. you have the mindset and you will get these pounds off.. if I can do it.. you can do it.. good luck and again congrats :)
