Not "Allowed" To Join "Band Grads Group".

 First of all I got kicked out a few years ago  for ripping a bandster apart that was friends with the group leader, I am a fiesty bandster yanno .....that tells it like it is....and it was SO boring, I never posted over there any way....you are not missing out on nothing trust me. Also it's NOT A REAL grad board...it's just a group of friends that created a group...anyone can do that you can create your OWN group and become an administrator too....I thought about it at one point, but I am a software engineer in real life, so I could care less of managing a internet board, I don't have that much time on my hands, my life is too busy for that.

Make your profile friends only and then add one of the mods as a friend - might be OK, not sure! But you don't have to keep your profile public - just long enough for a mod to look at it to see that you are not one of the people who have been asked to leave the group. 

They  only want to know you are a bona fide long term poster with no history of nastiness.

The Band Grads Group is not elitist in any way. It was started because a lot of long term bandsters left the board. If you are 6 years out and used to come on OH years ago, you will know that the nastiness now is nothing compared to what it used to be!
