Got my fill today

The Dr gave 1/2 cc. He reminded me that I need to respect my band. I haven't had many stuck problems and haven't felt real restriction. He said my band is fairly tight but not too tight. That being said he wants to make sure I follow the small bites eat slowly rules. He is so right. Let's give it a go and get rid of this last 15 pounds.

Good luck to you on progressing forward.  I just got a fill of .25cc and haven't had one for over 6 months.  I'm looking forward to less hunger and loud stomach growling! hee hee
