Waking up after your first workout...
I promise you it gets better. I've been working with a trainer for 3 weeks now and the first day after I couldn't move!! Going from sitting to standing was the worst. But now I just get mildly sore. Keep at it and don't let the pain stop you...walking will help your muscles recover. Also remember to stretch after you workout...don't wait until your muscles cool down. Good luck!!!

Oh yeah. I just laid there......and laid there.....put one foot on the floor......Oh !!.....I put my foot back on the bed....and continued to lay there. It got better the next day....I actually got both feet on the floor before.....Oh !!
