Sarah,

they dont have low carb but they are pretty big and 16 carbs in it and lots of fiber which is why I love them .

They do have whole wheat Im not fond of that one but I love the white lite one and they have one called a Italian Herb that makes a awesome pizza lol.

I take one of the Italian herbs put it in the oven for a couple minutes then take pizza sauce, cheese, mushrooms and a few pepperoni put it back in the oven till the cheese melts .go****s very yummy and I get my pizza that way and alot healthier then buying one from a pizza place .

I tried the turkey pepperoni and I did not like it , its very dry to me and it dont have a good taste so I treat myself to the reg stuff lol.

Or you can cut it in half and that way its only about 8 carbs in it :o)  That is what I do sometimes also if Im not very hungry

That sounds good too. I agree about the peperoni. I dont eat enough to sacrifice the real stuff, the turkey is so dry. I actually made mini pizzas the other day on large tomatoe slices. It was a South Beach recipe I found and it was so good. I'll have to give the flat outs a shot. I loathe wheat flavored stuff but I am trying really hard to like it. Like I told me husband I would almost prefer no bread to wheat bread, lol. I may develop a flavor for it one day, I'm trying to anyways.

I need to locate some of these. They look YUMMY. I went to the website just to look around and noticed they sell A LOT of different kinds of the bread and crisps. I just posted on the board asking what flavors everyone has tried and what their favorites are.

I had a chicken breast salad for lunch today.

I had the easiest and best Tilapia recipe. I just put the ingredients in the blender for a sec, spread it on fish, and threw it in the oven. It came our like a gourmet dish I spent forever on. Here is the recipe:

Artichoke-Crusted Tilapia Fillets

Artichoke-Crusted Tilapia Fillets

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1  can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2  cup  cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4  cup  grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2  tablespoons  finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2  teaspoons  lemon juice
  • 6  tilapia fillets (about 2 lbs.)

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400°. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil or spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except fillets. On prepared baking sheet, arrange fillets; evenly top with mayonnaise mixture.

3. Bake fillets 10 minutes. Set oven to broil, then broil fillets until tops are golden and fish flakes with a fork.

Sara- That looks AMAZING. And it tasted amazing too? I am going to have to try that. I happen to have a couple of fillets in the freezer. Hmm...

It was so tasty. Of course I love artichokes, but the texture with the fi**** pratically melted in my mouth.

Thanks for sharing the recipe.  I will definitely be making this!(it's close to one I use already but the artichoke sounds great)

For lunch, I usually have tuna, egg salad, or pimento & cheese with low carb crackers.(for the tuna..I like to mix hummus with it)
