I'd like some new ideas for lunch. And for us to share a random day to give the new bandsters and idea of what a lunch in your life is like.

For lunch I had something the equivilant of Tapas, PuPu's or appetizers. Some call it finger foods. I've been doing this a lot lately. 

Todays was 4 wasa crackers cracked in 3rds, a few slices of asiago cheese, a few basil leaves and a dozen or so turkey pepperonis. Little crackers stacked up with goodies that taste like summer time heaven.

Yesterday it was a piece of string cheese and some sliced Chinese BBQ Pork with hot mustard and sesame.

Hi Tiff -

Today I ate 3 oz of tuna with some dijonnaise on a slice of toasted whole wheat bread.
Nothing fancy. Yesterday, I had escarole and beans. That was really yummy!

Try tuna with salsa and a little mayo - so yummy!!!!

Nothing too exciting for me - just a homemade taco salad made with LF hamburger meat, lf cheese, lettuce and lots of salsa.  Tasted pretty good, though.

That sounds pretty tasty to me! I could eat Mexican food every day for the rest of my life and be completely content.

Mee tooo --- I met my husband for lunch today at a small Mexican food restaurant.

I had about 5 chips/cheese nachos with a tablespoon of guac and some salsa --- tasty, totally decadent and probably not more than 300 calories.

I love Mexican food!

Yesterday was a chicken breat approx 5 ounces and edamane

today was 1/2 a low carb tortilla with 1 tablespoon of hummus.. and 3 ounces of chicken sausage, tomato cut up with splash of rice white vinegar...

I have to eat a meal.. I usually eat 3 meals and 1 snack.. I can't eat snacky food because it's hard for me to stop...

If I ate your lunch 1 hr later I would be diving into some pretzel sticks, but that's just me.

I agree with you almost completely. I just make my platter and don't allow myself to go back for seconds. So all my portions are pre determined.

i figured out a while back that I can NOT eat straight out of a bag. Otherwise I will alway**** bottom before I stop. I'm glad to know I'm not alone in that affliction

It is cold and rainy in northern PA today, so I had a cup of New England clam chowder.

I took one of the flatouts that has 16 carbs 9 grams of protein and 9 grams of fiber in it heated it up .

Then I took Stea**** 2 of them cooked them melted some baby swiss cheese on it and some mushrooms wrapped it all up in my flatbread and it was very very yummy !!!!

I couldnt eat the whole thing so my puppies enjoyed the rest of it at least the cheese and the stea**** lol
