How does weight loss affect the size and shape of your breasts? Im so nervous/excited about all the changes that will happen to my body post op... any stories and experiences you can share?

for me personally I have gone from a size 42DD to a 36C and they are like deflated ballons.....I also breastfed 4 kids so I am sure that didn't help either....I cant wait for a breast lift....good luck!

I didn't have much to begin with (44smallC) --- they got very deflated.

I had a breast lift last November and I am in a 36B now.

They are small -- but my frame is small -- I have tiny wrists and shoulders -- so small boobs don't look out of place on me.

I am almost 53 years old, too -- so gravity/age have taken their toll over the years.

I was 26 when I had my surgery and was pretty much only in sports bras. I now wear a 46DDD but they are definitely...um...floppier now. I lose weight in fbreasts first, of course.

thanks ladies... congrats on ur progress... well im 24 and my breasts have been large aslong  I can remember im a 42d (sometimes DD) but they seem "true to size" so I guess im just nervous of the transition... once im banded ill see how to goes. I was hopin maybe there was some trick to keeping them nice and round.

Yep, the boobs are always the first to go on me.  Between breastfeeding two kids and being on the dieting rollercoaster all of my life, well......let's just say, I'm hoping that a breast lift is in my future.  But, I'd rather have deflated balloons than be without my band!!!

That is what i am going thru now. I have never had kids. Had nice size ta-ta's, 40 (sometimes 42) D/DD but i know i have been losing them and I know, money permitted, i will be getting a lift. I can handle them going away but it's a very sad day because i love my tata's!!!! good luck.

RNY with
I never had very big boobs to begin with, but about 45lbs lost into my journey my husband started saying I was joining the "itty bitty ***** committee" (he thinks he's funny). Seriously though I was lucky enough to not end up with droopy boobs as a result of losing. The weight loss was slow enough that I didnt have any troubles. Best of luck!

I keep waiting for more shrinkage but what seems to be happening is they're getting floppier and floppier and droopier and droopier.  After 140 lbs I still wear a 42 D.  I would love to have my small perky boobs back again!!!  Mine look like cow utters now!!!
