35 wks pregnant with port pain?
RNY on 06/26/13
Hi everyone,
I am 35 weeks pregnant and just about daily suffer with pain around my port. I think my baby favors the right side of my body, unfortunately, and that he tends to shove around my port. This is my first pregnancy, so I was just wondering if this happened to any of you during pregnancy, and if there was anything that you were able to do to make it feel better, aside from taking Tylenol!
Thanks,
Dee

I am 32 weeks, and she hates my port! She kicks it and with me getting bigger and bigger and bigger!!! It does get sore at times, from what I heard it is normal. There is a forum here for Pregnancy after weight loss surger and there are a few banded women on it you might want to repost there to get more feedback. The only thing that I know that we can take is Tylenol and it does not work for me at all!
Good luck

One thing I remember about the little angels when I was pregnant was they always know where it will hurt the most to apply pressure...I swore that my daughter was focused on turning the inside of my ribcage into mush...she would stretch and push till I thought I would just break! On top of that she was almost 2 weeks late, so I got an extra dose of abuse...she got it back, in triplicate...6 legs, arms etc beating her up...I didn't feel so bad then, except for her!
5 weeks to go...you are almost there.
