There are Fill Centers popping up all over the U.S.   Google Fill Centers America and see what you can find in your area.  They are supposidly cheaper than seeing a Bariatric surgeon's practice.

You CANNOT keep living with a too tight band.  It will cause complications that are very serious especially if your are regurgitating food so often.

In the meantime, I would go on Prilosec OTC for at least 2 weeks if you feel you have irritated your band and are having any burning or reflux.  Stick to non-spicy or acid soft foods and find some place where you can do the proper maintenence that's part of having a band.

As someone here already said, you can't afford NOT to take care of this immediately.

Sounds like you need  two things... an unfill and a better husband.

You need to get an unfill very, very soon. You're at risk right now for esophageal dilation and a host of other problems, including band slippage.
I understand what you're going through, honestly, I do. I never was able to eat solid foods for 2 years. I lived on protein shakes, soup and ice cream. And that was with an unfilled band. It was awful and I have damage to my system from it. Please find a way to get an unfill very soon. You may not even realize how much you're hurting yourself and I'm worried about you.

I hope you'll be OK and I'm sorry you're going through this.
