well, we are buying. Can you believe that two knuckleheads like us are making a go at the American dream? We are waiting to hear about the final counter offer to the counter to from the bank. It's just about some legal mumbo jumbo. They are giving us the price and the closing costs YEA!! We should know this afternoon what the final say is.

We've got the inspector lined up and the house is being De-winterized this week. It's all moving very fast now that it's moving at all. LOL!

It's in NE Portland although it's south of I-84. Right off Couch and 81st. It's not a great location but we love the house and we love the price! It's a 117 year old Farm Victorian with all new everything from the basement up. It's a STEAL. They already dropped the price 75k since December. Now's the time!

I will be joining you for the conference. Already signed up and ready to have some fun!

Lisa -- you were a "Band Rock Star" to me from the first day I joined this site.
You and Jean and Kate and so many others guided me, helped me understand what my band will and won't do for me.

You taught me that "I will control the food quality and let the band help me control the quantity".

Can't wait to meet my friend in person finally!!!

We are meeting for dinner on Wednesday night of this week (I am driving up from Tucson, Lisa doesn't get in until about 7pm).

We have a pretty tight timeline --- but if you would like to join us, let me know and I can pm you the meeting location.

We are going to meet at her hotel and go get some dinner.

Wonderful!!! it was one of the best times ever 18 months ago when i spent a month in New England and met so many people from OH. People I had "known" on here for years, like Bette and Deb and Mira! It was fantastic!

If anyone is ever near London (England)..........!!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
