Avatar Help Please

Lap Band on 04/16/08
 I have had this "before and after" picture flickering here for 4 years!!

My "after" is not really an "after".....it was my mid-point.  I am down  40 lbs. more and have had my plastics recently.

I need to find out how I can change the picture to my "real" after.

Any ideas??
