kinda pissed

Maria, no no no....It wasn't you at all!  god love ya!  I just heard that from a lot of people, but its okay, I made it through.  i go see the doctor tomorrow for my first post op appt.  I'm excited for him to see my progress thus far.  Since I have started this whole process, I have lost 22lbs.  Since surgery about 19 lbs.  I'm happy with that, but I'm scared when I start soft foods tomorrow w/ no fill, I will gain weight back...

Wow your losing FAST!!!

do you think?  i guess i just assumed everyone lost that much between pre op and post op??  Its only like 19lbs from pre op appt and 22lbs since I started the program?  I can only have 3 protein drinks a day w/ 2 sf/ff snacks?  I figured it up one day and its like less then 750 calories a day...thats why I'm so worried that when i can eat "real" food, I will put on weight again? 

It sounds like a lot to me for that short a time. May just be my perspective ? Since I was a slow loser. :-(

I wouldn't of put myself in that situation so close after surgery.. I understand you might of been out and about but I would of asked the family to go through a drive thru then home.. so at home I'm not sitting in front of anyone eating that crap.

Second I was hungry after my surgery I had no primer fill in my band I was empty ... my stomach growled alot but some of that was because it was used to be fed a lot more.. after a little more time passes you distinguish head hunger from actual hunger.

To be 100% honest I mourned food after my surgery and I watched a lot of cooking shows and food network programs.. and in a werid way it helped..

Thank you everyone so much for your replies.  It means a lot to me!  Hermosa, we didn't eat there, we brought it home.  but because eating at the table as a family is very important to me I sat at the table with them while they ate.  I'm okay now..just one of those goofy things....I see the doctor tomorrow for my first post op!!  I'm so excited to see him tomorrow!!
