Kelly-
Welcome back! This feels like a repeat response because another bander put this the other day and she was about 3 years out, just like me (and I just reeled my sad self back in too). Old habits sure do come back in for us all! I "re-started" 2 weeks ago...with journaling (which I swore I'd never do again) and measuring food (wow, my portions were much more than I thought they were) and I sure was eating a lot more calories a day than I realized. I have always done pretty well with water and protein so those are not a problem for me. I'm pretty active too, but was getting a little more inconsistent with that as well. I am back on track, starting my day with vitamins and water, then my protein shake (I don't like breakfast). I have lost over 7#s in 2 weeks and I'm already feeling much better (forgot what it feels like when you put crap in your body, you have no energy, etc). I knew my first step was to come back here and get the support I needed from people that understand.
Good Luck!! We can all do this if we stick together!

Congrats Sherie!  I hope in 2 weeks that I am feeling much better about my choices like you too!
I posted this the other day and today is my first day back reading all of the replies.  This truly is a great place for support and understanding.  I plan on trying to stay on here more often and not forgetting this is where I got my support to start my journey 3+ years ago!
