Well i'm down 3 stone since last Sept....well actually 1lb to go but who's counting! lol
Strange though that although you can feel the difference, you never really see yourself as a thinner person...at least I don't. I wonder why that is?
Anyway I couldn't have done it without my best friend, the band!!!

Three Brits in a row! This could be the start of a take over!!! Feels odd - i am used to being the token Brit!!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
