REALIZE Band on 11/10/10

I was told by my heart dr yesterday to put the whole capsule in orange juice and the liquid would melt it...

How long do you have to leave it in the orange juice.What about milk????

I take about 12 pills a day for Rheumatoid Arthritis and FM - I recently had to take Anitbiotics for Bronchitis and the pill was Huge! I just take my pills with hot tea and I haven't had any problems.

Mega Red...they are omega-3 krill oil capsules and tiny. You can get them at Costco or at your pharmacy.
