I am experiencing heart palpitations soon after eating. Has anyone experienced anything similar to this?

Have you had this prior to your surgery?  Any cardiac history?  Are you stressed about eating?
Have you checked your pulse rate to know what you are doing?

No I never had them problems . Gosh that is something  you really need to talk to your doc about that is nothing to mess around with .  My dad is going through that right now and he has to get tests done and has to take medications for it , it can be dangerous if not taken care of .  Please see your doc as soon as you can .

Did they do a EKG on you before your surgery ?

I occasionally get a fast heartbeat specifically after eating Oats for breakfast - must be the carbs revving up my metabolism.  Palps are more like irregular heartbeat  - is urs irregular or just pounding fast?

You need to tell your surgeon or primary Dr about that right away. Heart stuff shouldn't be messed with. Have you been drinking any caffeine?

When I think about it, caffiene can be a factor. Thanks.
