OK Ladies, my surgery is next week and I am wondering what to wear that will be easy to come home in. Would love to hear what you wore on your surgery day.

Lap Band on 11/16/10 with
A velour warm-up suit with a drawstring waist. Nothing tight and on my way home, didn't even put on the shirt...just zipped up the jacket. Comfort is key!!

Embrace the journey!!

I wore very loose pj's and slip on shoes.  No bra.  Also brought a pillow to use on the ride home.

Sweats, t-shirt (with a bra), zip up hoodie, unzipped and slip on shoes. As soon as I got home, the bra came off because it was very uncomfortable.

I wore a velour warmup outfit with zip front and sports bra.  No bra would have been better.  Wear slip on shoes and no socks, I wore tennies  with socks and I was a little dizzy bending over to tie them.

Keep us posted on how you do.

Loose sweats --- slip on shoes

I think that I wore a shirt or sweatshirt that zipped up front so I did not have to reach up to pull anything over my head.

I was in and out in about 4 hours ---- the slip on shoes were really helpful.

Also -- brought a pillow to put between me and the seatbelt for the ride home.

Loose cotton pants, t-shirt, zip up hodie, slip on shoes. It's all about comfort and something non constricting.

Lap Band with Greater Curvature Plication 1/10/11, Conversion to DS 8/20/12
