the ever elusive green zone!!

Sweet spot. Green spot. G-spot. [ha ha]

Whatever you call it... I think I may be there. I am loving my last teensy tiny unfill. I can take my meds again with no problemo. Amazing what a .1cc [yes point one] adjustment can do. No more heartburn or stucky yucky.

I can eat in the mornings again! I had resorted to protein drinks because I was too snug in the am. Yesterday I had egg whites mixed with salsa. Yum-tastic! So very happy!

I can just barely feel my restriction. I know it is there... but it isn't causing me discomfort or pain. This is the way it is supposed to be! Just a whoa... slow down there partner... signal. I hope this is it for for awhile. *crossing fingers*

Just wanted to let those of you struggling know there is hope. I have had a VERY up and down journey, almost revised to VSG, and finally am feeling like I am in the right spot. Hang in there. Be persistent. Communicate well with your Dr.

I am feeling optimistic for the first time in a long time. I really have struggled with my decision to have a band. Right now... 3 years post op... I can say I am happy with my decision.

So glad you are feeling better...a too tight band is no fun!
