GYM? HELP?

I had surgery about  a month ago and i am at a stand still. i go to the gym just about everyday and idk what to do there. i am lost i do the tredmill and i love the bike.. i wanna lose my lower stomach and thighs anyone have any good idea what to do at the gym?

You should talk to your surgeon to get clearance before doing any kind of exercise that might be too strenuous.  I had to wait about six weeks before doing any kind of strength exercises.  I don't belong to a gym, but I know that a lot of them offer classes.  I would suggest starting there.  Or ask a member of management if there is someone to show you how to use the machines you aren't familiar with.

Do they have a trainer you can hire for a couple of sessions? They can give you good suggestions plus make sure you are doing things correctly.

 I agree with the first poster - other than walking at this time, you need clearance from ur surgeon before doing anything else.
