What are we eating Friday?

I haven't seen this post in a few days.. I know it helped me alot in the beginning of my process.

Early: Coffee
Breakfast:  protein shake w/almond milk and 1/2 banana
Lunch: 2 Waffles with 1 tablespoon of PB (No meat friday and 1 person can only eat so much tuna)

Dinner: either a cheese quesdilla with salsa (low carb tortilla) or maybe stop at the grocery store and pick up a vegatrian dish or some sushi.. (no meat friday)

Gym today: Zumba and 30 min of cardio

For Me.....

Early: Coffee

B: 1 egg + 2 egg whites and 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese (microwaved scramble)

S: 100 calorie Think & Creamy Lemon yogurt

L: Chickhen Thigh Meat (no skin), Red Potato smashed & green beans w/ italian tomato

D: Have no idea yet.....We usually go out to eat somewhere on Fridays!

W:  Rest day.......5K in the morning!

Where are you doing your 5K?

I'm in the Tyler Azalea, doing the 2 mile event.

Ran in the Longview 1/2 & 5K (I did the 5K) last Sat.

So exciting to be starting running (even if just a little bit)!

Breakfast   steak and eggs

Lunch     steak, cottage cheese,

Dinner  chicken , small baked tator and green beans

Snack peanuts if I get hungry or chips and salsa just depends

Had a cup of coffee early this morning
B-had 1/2 or a protien bar (75 calories), a kiwi with a few raspberries and a few black berries
L-small salad with homemade dressing and the other half of my peanut butter crisp protien bar
D- is going to be cauliflower, red potatoes and pork ribs

Early...cup of coffee
B: Cream of wheat, with brown splenda and a bit of half and half.
L: Black bean, corn and pico di gallo salad over chicken warmed with a bit of mexican cheese, greek yogurt and green salsa
Snack: monterey jack with some peeled apple
D: Enchilada Casserole, made with low carb tortillas, 99% lean ground turkey, black beans, peppers, onions, olives with mexican 4 cheese blend and green salsa.

The rest of the family is having regular enchiladas, but made with the ground turkey and no beans. 

Can you tell we are in the mood for some mexican food??

Lunch - 1 cup of Chicken and Rice Soup
Snack-3 Ritz Crackers
Dinner- probably the rest of my Chicken Soup/Protien Mocha (Muscle Milk)

6am: Coffee with f/f half & half, chocolate torani (s/f of course), plus a shot of expresso.  calcium
7am: Carbmaster strawberry colada yogurt & 1/4 cup Kashi go lean cereal
8am - 10 am Body Pump & RPM
11am: 1/2 scoop Syntrax Lemon Tea in Powerade Zero, MultiVit.
1pm: 3.3 oz baked salmon, 1/2 cup mixed stirfried veggies (squash, onions, broccoli,mushrooms, peppers, etc)  Calcium
Rest of the day:   not sure yet.  Taking ds & dh out to dinner for their birthdays.  Thinking Mexican.

Breakfast:  1 soft scrambled egg w. 1/2 oz. american cheese
LUnch: 1/2 whole wheat pita filled w 3 oz. taco seasoned ground veal and black beans; topped w. 1 T sour cream.   YUM!!!
Snack:  2 oz. deli turkey roll up w. 1 T spicy brown mustard for dipping
Dinner; 1/4 avacado chunks w. 3 T ff refried beans w. a drizzle of queso
Snack;  Dannon Greek yogurt w. honey

Excercise; 30 minutes on Gazelle
