Goodbye Band

I hope getting your band out will allow you to have a better life. I sometimes think I was much happier before the band when I could just be fat and happy. Wishing you the best in the future!

I was able to lose weight and change my lifestyle without the band years ago.
I followed my nutritionist program, I went to counseling to get to the root of why I'm an emotional eater. Also, and this was big for me, I became a member of OA (over eater anonymous) . Great support, sponsorship, and fellowship.
