 OMG....snowing.   LOL  We were in the 80's here in Texas yesterday and today were are going to be there again.   We are praying for rain.    Hopefully your spring will come soon and stay a while.

 Perfect quote for the day. I just started with a personal trainer, and lost 5 lbs in 6 days. To say I worked hard is an understatement. My expectations were not that high. Now I want to break 200, that is minus 18 lbs in 5 weeks before my vacation. Can I do it? Maybe, but my real goal is to lose the rest of the weight. The band got me in control of my weight, now I need to work harder, and finish the job. The trainer says I will start running next week. OK, I am going to do it.

 WOW Congratulations on the 5 lb. loss in 6 days !!!!   Take things one day at a time and focus on little 10 lb. intervals at a time.   Sounds like you are off to a amazing start.   Keep your eyes focused on the final goal ( which should be to become a healthier person whether you ever reach that number goal or not ).   You are a big success already.    Proud of you.   Have a blessed day !!!
