Hi Kasondra, the idea is that you pledge how many minutes of exercise you will do over a 6-week period (starting this past Monday 3/21).  Each week on Monday I'll post asking people to report their totals for the week, and then post the table showing how everyone is doing against their goal.

The idea is to have a little additional day-to-day incentive to get that exercise in, and maybe challenge yourself a little bit to put in more than you think you can.

If you'd like to join, just reply here with a goal number and I'll add you to the list.

Is it too late to join? I've been away from the boards for a while.  If it's not to late, I would like to join.  My goal number for the entire 6 weeks is 1500.

Are the Monday posts the minutes from the week before?
