Not having a great day
Some times I have what I call my "out of sorts day", I have no idea as to what I'm really feeling but I just don't like dealing with anything or anyone. I just have it, don't wallow in it and I let it pass. If I am at home or when I get home from work I do something that makes me feel good that has nothing to do with food. I am very good at going to the bookstore or the libary and reading at least two magazines that I don't subcribe to and putting them right back on the shelf after I done. I feel better every time. As for your DH, which would he rather put up with more, the you that you are now with these feelings or the you that takes that time/effort/event that has you feeling better?
Get the cup of tea and book ready and have a better day!

OMG! I am going through the same thing! I told my husband this week that I just feel "fat"....I have not gained any weight....nor have I lost any in awhile...but I just feel "Blah". No ambition....and I've been snacking more...and it's not because I'm hungry....Perhaps it's the change of seasons affecting us.....I just need to get motivated to continue the journey...
Thank you everyone for your kind words. I really appreciate it! I'm feeling much better today. I think I may have been overtired or the cold, wet weather was getting to me. Either that or I'm suffering from what I call PCD - post cruise depression (I just got home on Sunday from a great cruise with my daughter - we had a blast).
I did realize that about every five weeks I have a day or two like yesterday. Almost like when I used to have really bad PMS. (I don't get it anymore, I had a hysterectomy in 2008). Around the same time I usually notice some change like a larger weight drop, inch drop or a big improvement with in one of my medical conditions. So maybe it's llike a bit of upheaval as things in my body level out. Who knows, but it will be interesting to see what happens five weeks from now.
I did wind up going to bed early. I skipped the tea and went for nice huge glass of water. Wound up not reading, but doing a few sudoku puzzles. I love doing those. Unfortunately I wound up with a migraine, but what can you do.
Jean, I loved cuteoverload.com. It was great!
Thanks again everyone for all the kind words of support.
