Just a friendly warning: band vs. chewing gum

OMG, I am a gum swallower, can't help it always have been, I have to make myself spit it out...lol. I have not swallowed any since my surgery because I know how dangerous it can be. I put some in the other day and my bf said "I want to see you spit that out when you finish".
