I am only at 3 ccs but when the Dr adds me to 4 ccs I get reflux..any suggestions????

Gia, I've been at a stall for about 2 months now so have upped my exercise to include weight lifting 3x per week (in addition to the 35-40 km per week that I walk).  I've only been doing it a couple of weeks and so far the scale seems to be inching ever so slowly downward, ounces at a time, but it's something (and I DO feel great!).  I also got another fill 2 weeks ago which has made a huge difference.

As for Jenny Craig - myself, I think those kinds of gimmicky diets are what made us fat in the first place.  Unless you plan to eat Jenny Craig food for the rest of your life, why not instead try to develop a plan using real, whole foods?  I eat nothing processed and have cut out all sugar & high glycemic carbs and will never go back to eating them if I want to maintain/continue to lose weight.  Packaged & processed foods like Jenny Craig are full of crap you really don't want to put into a healthy body.

And in case you're about to say "but I don't cook" - believe me, I don't cook either!!  It's a banner day for me when I slap a steak on the George Foreman and cut up a few veggies to grill along with it.  And with summer coming, salads are going to be my mainstay.  The longer I have my band, the less and less food even interests me.  And to that I say - halla freaking loo ya.
