filling smoothies
hi guys,
i had previously been drinking a lot of banana flavoured milk drinks which i did'nt realise how much fat they actually had in now i've cut them out and been drinking fruit smoothies bought from a shop i was wondering if anyone could recommend any smoothies i could try i've seen on here people talking about protein shakes should i be drinking them? if so what do i put in them
