I'm tight in morning also and lunch I really meausre food..but when I get home from work and eat dinner I can eat like theres not band there..I have to make sure I don't over eat cause its really easy for me to do that. I only have trought eating dence meat..they get stuck so I won't bother for a while..its too scarey for me...I see my assistant doctor wed. this week and aking for a fill. I only got 1 fill with a 1 cc. in a 10cc band. I also had my band 12/15/10 like you a few days before. I know I didn't loose this month not matter how hard I tried..too much food..I think..
I don't think anyone really knows! But it is extremely common! The best suggestions I have seen are that fluid in tissue shifts during the hours of sleep from lying down and being semi-immobile or that, for some people, small amounts of mucus build up. Also dehydration can make some people feel tighter.
My nit says they used to think people were imagining it but that it is so very common that now they accept it as real! Just can't fully explain it.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
You and I had surgery one day apart. I will be having my second fill on the 31st of this month. My first fill was 6 cc. I am also down around 30 pounds. I can't imagine why your surgeon would be unhappy with you, I think it sounds like you are doing everything they told us to do. 10 lbs a month on average is pretty darn good. I go from feeling like I don't need another fill to being able to eat anything and everything. TIme of day hasn't seemed to make a difference to me yet. My biggest challenge is telling the difference between full and stuck. I am still learning and getting better at this though and it sounds like you are too.
Good job IMO
