HUNGRY - SMALL MEALS - URGHGH! SUGGESTIONS PLEASE

Hi Everyone: 

Haven't had a fill in over a year -- haven't lost since my first year -- really tried very hard over the past two months - excersize started again, eating protein first, but I have a lot of inbetween meal hunger....anyone else?

Are  you following the band rules?  Do you need a fill?  Are you getting in at least 60grams of protein?  Eating protein first?  At least 64oz of water?

Like Kristie stated, if you are following the rules and are still hungry, then you need a fill. Is there a reason you haven't had a fill in a year? What is your eating, water & exercise routine like?
