Worried about my band with the stomach bug

So I had my fluid taken
Out about two weeks ago and last night I woke up to a nice little case of the stomach bug. And I guess I was worried cause I don't know how throwing up will affect the band if there us no fluid. I am holding down fluid and food but I'm still a bit nervous anything happen to anyone like this

If there is no fluid in your band, I don't think there will be a problem. But if you are worried, phone your doc.

I just once got a stomach bug since being banded and I had really good restricition. What happened to me was my body did try to be sick a couple of times but it just wouldn't happen! I just dry heaved. And everything then went downwards!!

I think your band will be fine. I had the stomach bug a couple of months ago and nothing happened to my band. I threw up a couple of times which I hated since I hadn't done that in years...but my band was totally fine and in tact.

Thank you so much for my stomach is still a little upset and of course I'm nervous but I truly am a nervous person. I called the doc and they said to play it by ear and take it easy. Thanks again
