Just joining you losers
I did it, I made it through surgery alive and am now Banded. I can hardly contain myself... literaly I feel like I am bursting with gas and joy. I have lots of questions but I'm too tired tonight to remember any of them, but I made it here to the losers bench in part because of all of the advice and support on this forum, so I'm not too tired to say thank you all.

all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence. I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!

Congrats and we have lots of room on the Loser's Bench. We keep shrinking and making room for the newbies!

YAHOO! Congratulations. Is it just bizarro to know that a new phase of your life is right there waiting for you to grasp it? Go get it! Well...as soon as you have been given the clearance. I hope they did mention that light walking will help keep that gas on the move. Happy healing!
