Spent the day in the kitchen

 Today's treats:

Lunch
WLS Pizza: I used a 6 inch low carb wheat tortilla as the "crust" then spreaded about two tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1/4 of a cup of weigh****cher shredded cheese and topped with 5 hormel turkey pepperonis baked for ten minutes at 375 degrees- YUM and satisfied my pizza craving!!

Dinner
"fried" Chicken strips- Used shake and bake and baked a chicken breast that I cut into strips. Then topped with Greek Yogurt Ranch dip that I made early and placed back in oven for about 3mins. Nice, creamy, and crunchy!!

Sounds yummy.  I recently discovered the 'flat out' wraps and have used them to make a pizza.

love love love eggface's blog.  the baked ricotta is to die for.  satisfies the craving for lasagna w/out the bad carbs
