 Good info above.
For me personally - I had a tummy tuck after losing 80 lbs - then I lost between 10-20 more.  The tummy pouch wasn't *bad" but you cud see the overhang close to my legs when i wore a bikini underwear and you cud see the outline if I wore a tight skirt or pants.  Jeans wasn't bad.  I had the tuck done and love my super flat stomach!  I'd do it again!  It wasn't expensive either.  I had a smaller port in at the same time which was covered under insurance and needed a bladder sling done too so I took advantage of being "under" and had a 3 for 1!  lol
The tuck only ended up costing me $4,500!  Well worth it!

Slightly off topic, but I am looking forward to being able to go on rides as amusement parks and fairs!  I went to a local fair a few years ago and on the few rides I fit in, I was so darn uncomfortable!  And I LOVE amusement parks.  I've not been to one in years because I am too embarassed, but I plan on going to Six Flags or something similarafter I lose about 50 more pounds.

On the topic of romance and love, I don't know why I assume that everyone, especially men, will judge me only on appearances.  I know that I certainly wouldn't give up on a great guy because of a few extra pounds or stretch marks or flab.  I think that I have used a form of reverse discrimination agains skinnies before, assuming that because they were thin, they would judge me and find me lacking because I am not.  Again, I don't know why I do this because I have been proven wrong before.

I often say "I didn't do this to look good naked", and I truly mean it.  Should I happen to win the lottery I'd be first in line for more than a few procedures, but since that's not likely, I live every day LOVING the new me, saggy skin and all.  I FEEL fantastic and just yesterday was stopped outside my front door by a (male) neighbour who said "Wow, you look fantastic!"  Talk about making my day!  Saturdays have become my "makeup experimentation days" (no time for makeup during the week!), so yesterday I did full makeup and put on a crisp black shirt (that wouldn't do up 3 months ago), a pair of slim black pants and a beautiful, short-cropped multi-coloured jacket that I love, I'd let my hair dry naturally curly and then went out .... to the grocery store!!!  Man, I never felt better picking out produce, LOL!!!  Except when I got home and heard "Wow, you look fantastic!".

Worry about saggy skin?  I couldn't care less.

GAWD I LOVE MY BAND!!!!
