Peanut Flour

I buy PB2 from Bell Plantation online.  It's essentially the same thing.  Don't know the price comparison

Yeah I use PB2 daily.  I need to see if the ingredients are the same (peanuts...annnnddd ??? lol).  If so, I bet we are paying WAY more for PB2 darnit!

The grind is just a bit more coarse, but it works just fine as peanut butter.  I just ordered six pounds of the stuff!   It is O-U kosher certified and comes in sealed foil bags (like coffee). The Bell Plantation bags are re-packaged  into plastic bags paper-type.  They are fine.  I've used both products.  The Protein Plus from Netrition.com is less expensive and ships really fast  and for a low shipping cost.     My strategy is to open a bag, mix it with Splenda and a bit of salt,  and put the mix into jars. That way whenever I want some, I can just mix it with water, no muss no fuss.  I've also been known to snack on a half-teaspoon or so of it straight!   LOL YUM
