Awesome Height/Weight Chart With Pics

I came across this great site when I was in the beginning of my WLS journey. It shows pictures of different real people (men and women) at each and every height/weight combination. It helped to give me insight on how I *might* look when I was at the various weights along my journey. It is very eye-opening too as to how very different people can look at the same height/weight. We are all perfectly imperfect. Just wanted to share with my peeps!

That is VERY cool!! Most people are SHOCKED when I tell them how much I weigh. Even though I am only 5' 2", I have a large bone frame, allowing me to carry more weight, I guess.

When I got down to 150 lbs, I could get in to a size 8, but the BMI charts didn't have me out of "obese" yet!! ha ha ha!!

Very true!!! Height and weight perception is CRAZY distorted (even for me, I found out!). You're the perfect example...obese in a size 8! Ridiculous! lol

That is a great chart! Thanks for sharing! There is another cool website called weightmirror,com where you can upload a photo and put in your height and weight and it will adjust your image accordingly. Pretty cool!
