I am not sure I understand your question.
If you are asking what you are supposed to eat in the weeks prior to surgery, your bariatric practice should be able to provide DETAILED instructions on what they want you to do.
Every doc seems to be different --- some of us had no pre-op diets -- we just had to stop eating by 10 or 11 the night before surgery.
Some people are on very strict liquid diets for weeks prior to surgery.
And everything in between.
Call your surgeon's office and ask what their protocol is -- and be prepared to follow YOUR doctor's orders -- regardless of what anyone else had to do.
Good luck!

Right now I am starting my second week of a 800 cal. liquid diet, I had to add this liver detox to my diet and it is the worst thing I have ever tasted and I have to take it for seven days and I was just wondering if anyone else had to do this and how they might would mix this stuff to mask the flavor.
Have you tried plugging your nose with one hand while drinking with the other? Then, don't release the plug on your nose until you have picked up a chaser of something and taken a drink, swishing it around. Use something strong and/or fruity for a chaser - like grape juice. I know this sounds corny, but I can't taste a thing when I do it. My doc taught me after surgery because I couldn't drink the liquid Loritab without gagging big time.
