So I found some new items at my local grocery store recently...

1. Bolthouse dressing... I am a huge fan of mock ranch dip with greek yogurt and I dip my veggies in it. But it's too thick as a salad dressing.. so thankfully Bolthouse now carries a line of yogurt dressing.. 70 cal for 2 tablespoons and very low in sugar 1 gram.

2. WW Cheese.. I love so far the WW cream cheese in the individual servings sometimes I spread cream cheese in my low sodium deli chicken or turkey meat. This is good but not great the pros you get 2 slices of cheese for 90 calories con you do miss the real cheese flavor.. I usually eat 1 slice and cheese and cut it in half and use in my deli roll ups.. so more cheese okay flavor.. BUT if you chop up two slices in a salad like I did the other day then it's totally worth it..

I know alot of people ate beans but the gas killed me (TMI)

I would buy canned soup like chunky whatever soup and I would add chicken to it and throw it into a blender so it was thick with loads of protein.

you could cook up some lean ground turkey make sure to break up the turkey meat good while it cooks and add your favorite marinara sauce.. basically meat sauce without the pasta that was filing for me too..

Good Luck :)

Thanks for the suggestions...so do you put the yogurt dressing in with the greek yogurt too or it is as is for a dip?  Also, you mention WW cream cheese in individual servings.  They have this?  Very cool - I ask only because your pic shows sliced colby jack!  Is their cheese much diff than buying a store brands cheese (thinking of sale costs)?

Bolthouse makes a whole line of yogurt dressing.. I found these in the refridgerated salad isle next to Maries dressings.

WHen I make my fake ranch dip... I use 1 container of non fat greek yogurt and 1 packet of ranch dip hidden valley usually. I mix about 1/2 of the package depending on the container size of the yogurt.. I dip cucumbers, carrots, celery, red bell pepper etc in this dip.

Today I had a side salad and used the Bolthouse dressing..

interesting I will have to keep my eye out for that. I don't like the flavored Oikos yogurt because the sugar in them is so high I prefer Carb Master yogurt instead..

Great options!  I thin out my Greek Yogurt Ranch with light buttermilk (very low fat) when I use it for salad dressing...

Great ideas thanks for sharing.  We use the Bolthouse Farms coleslaw dressing -- it's very good.
