I had my first fill 3cc at 4 weeks after surgery. Did fine for about two weeks and then everything went crazy. By four weeks, I was having problems drinking water, it hurt and was stuck. I was bubbling and vomited three times in one week. Saw the doctor and he said it was too full and took out one cc. I am still having significant problems with liquids. So, my advice is don't ru****
What is the "feeling" you are looking for? You just had your first fill two days ago, so I would wait for the four week appointment. My fills take about 2 weeks to settle in, so I am super cautious about what I eat until I know how much the fill has "worked". The band doesn't stop you from eating, it keeps you from feeling hungry between meals. You won't feel "full" the same way you did before...you will need to measure your food and eat only the amount allowed, make sure your meals are primarily dense protein and see when you feel physically hungry (should be at least 4 hours) in order to know if you need another fill...that all takes time.
Not knowing the amount of egg white omelet you ate, we really can't tell you if you ate too much or not.
With our bands, we must be a bit patient and allow it to work the way it is intended...
Let us know what you decide!

It's taken me 4 or 5 fills to hit that spot ( I honestly lost count). And I had almost no restriction until the third. It was hard, but I didn't ru**** My doc said it was normal if I could eat regular portions, that it would go down. And oh my has it ever! I go March 30 for my next appointment and I am debating a small fill or not, most likely not.
