I think we need to start having these once a week. We need inspiration and motivation. Every one on here has some one that inspired them. So post those pictures and take more on a regular bases. New clothes take a pic, new out door adventure take a pic. I can not wait to see them. you all are doing great PS I love my band

Thank you, I have lost 70 lbs after surgery 90 total. I have been bouncing around 10 lbs for months. I really need to just buckle down and finish what I started.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
