Banded 1 year ago today...and failed
You should be ashamed to admit this. You have clearly failed your band!
I love this sort of failure!! Well done!
Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
I am completely ashamed. Obviously! That's why I had to post publically about it.
And yes, I totally failed my band, it failed me, we all failed each other. Especially my surgeon. He totally failed cause if he'd placed it just a little bit better I could have gotten to 100 lbs in a year.
But mostly I failed to refrain from all the cupcakes they've been shoving at us at work lately. Oh well...

Very funny, you naughty girl! Just by your title I was all geared up to give you a lecture! Failure my eye!
Hey, if you get Jean M's newsletter, check out the article by Tom about finding your next passion. It gives great insight on how to handle year #2 when your passion for losing dwindles, (becuase things slow down in general). It's a great article and aligns perfectly with the discussions I've been having with my therapist regarding that very topic.
Congratulations on a great year!
And speaking for your horse, thank you for losing 95 lbs!
Best~
