i think i lost 3pounds already just from the braces i cant eat nothing but soup n cream of wheat.......but i guess its okay because i start my liq diet

Braces??

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

I just wasn't sure what you meant! Are you having braces on your teeth for dental reasons?

So am I understanding correctly that you got braces on your teeth? I am getting vislign braces (invisible braces) on my teeth and I would love to have hidden benifit of weight loss but since I can remove them to brush my teeth, I am sure I will remove them to eat and keep it moving, lol

I did the invisalign. Yes, you take them out of your mouth to eat and brush your teeth. Every two weeks, you get a new mouthpiece. I didn't lose a pound!!!! lol But, my teeth look beautiful!!

My daughter had invisalign after her braces were taken off...her orthodontist used them as a retainer. My daughter hated them. She said they felt like those fake vampire teeth you wear for Halloween. But I think they would be better the braces...I used to cut my mouth up all of the time from the braces

well vain made me go for invisalign....I cant see me being 50 walking around with braces yet I want my smile to be perfect or as close as it can be at my age.
