When did you have your 2nd fill?

I think I may be ready...I feel  no restiction now and I did a few weeks ago...Plus I gained 3 lbs!

I'm thinking I was getting them every 4 wks. initially.

I had my first fill at 7 weeks post op , 2nd at 11 weeks and third at 13 1/2 weeks.

1st fill 1 month post op, 2nd fill yesterday (just over 2 months post op), 3rd fill scheduled for two months from now. If you ar having problems with restriction and gaining it would be a good idea to call and let your surgeon know. When is your next one scheduled for?

If you are exercising alot you could be gaining muscle now also . Muscle weights more then fat.

sometimes people will gain when they are doing that also which is a good way because that means you are burning more calories when you are working out so it works out in the end.

Since I got my fills every 6 weeks I will venture to guess I got my second fill 12 weeks after surgery. 

I got my first fill 6 weeks post-op then I got my second fill 10 weeks post-op...I dont go bac****ill May..I have good restriction! I really dont think Ill need a fill in May!!! I can eat about 4 ounces every 3 to 4 hours!!! I love my band!!! I'd do it all over again!! It was the EASIEST surgury I've ever had!!! Ive lost 41 pounds in 4 months!!! I have 8cc's in my 11cc band!!

My first fill was at 3 weeks out and my 2nd fill was at 5 weeks out.  My surgeon took the approach of small fills every 2 weeks until I reached my sweet spot.  YMMV of course since all surgeons are different, but this worked well for me.  Good luck - boo on no restriction!

Hi...I am like you ready for my second fill ,I gained too.My second fill is April 6th that will be 6 weeks  from my first fill.
